Vinyasa Flow – This is a flowing, dynamic practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. It combines sun salutations, core work and standing poses to create an energetic flow. It is suitable for all levels of yoga experience and offers multiple modifications for poses, you can choose to make this class as challenging or as gentle as you need it to be. In this class you will gain strength and flexibility while also finding stillness within the body and mind.
Mixed-level Vinyasa Yoga – This light-hearted yoga practice links breath with movement and offers core-generated alignment. Warming and rhythmic sun salutations and creative posture sequencing will be followed by longer-held poses including savasana. Modifications will be offered, so the class is accessible to all levels of students.
